Position Description

ENSCO Avionics, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Staff Project Coordinator skilled in engineering and production project coordination for avionic embedded control systems. Avionic components such as engine controls, flight controls, and cabin systems require significant process control for engineering design, verification test, and production build. Knowledge of avionic embedded controls, associated test methods, and production planning will be required. Candidate will be responsible to work with internal groups as well as external customers and suppliers. Knowledge of program metric and EVM tools will be a plus. Internal monthly project reviews will require the generation of program planning and tracking documents with the help of Internal tooling within Oracle and MSBI environments. Upper level meetings will include Tier-1 level leaders, end customers, and internal managers. Solid communications and teaming is a must.


Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's or equivalent with 10+ years professional experience
• Experience with Avionic embedded control systems from bid to final production stages
• Experience with Avionic processes such as DO-160, DO-178, and DO-254
• Experience with Avionic Test and Qualification processes
• Excellent verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively in teleconferences with suppliers, clients, and colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environments
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which you must be a U.S. Citizen


Qualifications Desired
• Experience with Avionic Production systems
• Knowledge of project metrics and EVM systems
• Program and/or personnel management

Salary Range

$66.91 - $120.18 USD
