TQI Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support our customer. In this role, you will provide senior-level analytical, technical, and program support across complex systems and organizational processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate requirements, improve workflows, and support system and business transformation initiatives.

The estimated salary range for this role is $105,000-$120,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. TQI is committed to pay equity and compliance with the Virginia Pay Transparency Act; we do not request or consider prior salary history when making employment offers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development, promulgation and implementation of Fleet maintenance and modernization requirements, policy, processes and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of an integrated Fleet maintenance processes, including establishing policies and responsibilities for determining, authorizing, planning, scheduling, performing and evaluating maintenance of ships, to ensure quality, safety and required levels of operational and material readiness are maintained.
• Assist in revision of US Fleet Forces Directives and Instructions, as required.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for Navy warfare systems certifications, to include AEGIS Combat Systems (ACS) Combat Systems Certification Panel (CSCP) events and meetings, and AEGIS Combat Systems (ACS) Combat Systems Mission Readiness Assessment (MRA) Events.
• Provide technical and analytical support for requirements definition and documentation.
• Provide advice and assistance in the areas of mission needs and requirements analysis, concept of operations development, program tradeoff analysis, and program roadmap creation including technology insertion, platform integration, and support planning.
• Assist in writing SECNAV Waivers, justifying fleet need of equipment, and detailing overhaul processes.
• Assist the government lead with facilitating AEGIS/SSDS Software Certification boards
• Assist the government lead in the Analysis Optimized Maintenance and Modernization Plan (OMMP) schedule and NAVSEA 05 interoperability problems.
• Accelerate scheduled installs to correct Strike Group Interoperability issues and capability gaps.
• Assist the government with development of the OMMP business rules.
• Assist the government lead with preparing naval message for risk assessments.
• Assist the government lead with preparing Flag-level briefs as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience overseeing maintenance and program management of C5I systems aboard surface combatants ships. Prior C5I/EMO experience highly desired.
• Strong proficiency in systems analysis methodologies, requirements generation, and business process documentation.
• Ability to develop clear, concise technical documents, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse technical and functional teams.
• Experience supporting DoD or DoN programs is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree with seven (7) years of specialized experience, or equivalent alternative experience combinations.
• Superior knowledge on Aegis weapon system BL 5/7/9 and/or SSDS weapon system.
• Knowledgeable on Caps and Lims, Link 11, 16 and 22, IFF, C2P and CDLMS..

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be eligible for a background investigation.
