Submarine Technical Program Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
Clearance: DoD Secret

Responsibilities:
The Technical Program Analyst will support SP26’s efforts related to the execution of the Common Missile Compartment (CMC) Program on board both the COLUMBIA (CLB) and United Kingdom (UK) Dreadnought (DRNT) Class Submarines.
The Analyst will participate in efforts and activities related to the readiness of the CMC program for the post-delivery phase of the CLB program, to include participating in working groups, conducting schedule and risk analysis, and analyzing the technical and programmatic rigor of deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
The Analyst will also support Construction Management efforts related to the CMC program, to include liaising between the D.C. and Groton-based SP26 teams, facilitating effective information exchange between these two sites and ensuring coordination between teams on resolving issues and advancing efforts affecting SWS related installation and testing activities. The analyst will also support the management, processing, and resolution of submarine construction related issue documentation, to include tracking of deficiencies, communication and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure resolution within required timespans, and providing regular updates to leadership on construction and issue resolution status.
In addition, the analyst will support CMC Program Risk Management, to include coordinating the development of new risks and tracking the status of existing risks to ensure mitigations are completed in a timely manner and the overall risks maintain alignment with the evolving state of the program. Periodic travel (approximately 4-6 times a year) to Groton and/or other program locations will be required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred).
- Ability to work in Washington D.C. a travel to CONUS locations 4-6 times a year.
- 5+ years of experience related to the Strategic Weapon System and/or submarine construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable operating with minimal oversight and interacting with senior leaders across a range of stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with SSP and/or NAVSEA
- Experience with Test and Evaluation planning and execution
