Job Description
COLSA is seeking candidates for a Logistics Manager (Journeyman) at Tinker AFB, OK to support U.S. Air Force aircraft propulsion system life cycle sustainment and modernization efforts. This position will provide logistics analysis, acquisition support, and integrated product support for aircraft engine repair, modification, and sustainment programs.

- Perform analytical and logistics studies in support of propulsion system life cycle sustainment.
- Support acquisition programs for whole-engine repair and modification.
- Develop and coordinate program documentation, including PWS documentation, schedules, budgets, briefings, and other required deliverables.
- Develop and support initiatives related to supply supportability, technology insertion, Service Life Extension Programs (SLEP), and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)/obsolescence.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor Integrated Product Support (IPS) metrics, documentation, and related activities.
- Analyze and coordinate logistics activities across supply, maintenance, procurement, and quality assurance functions supporting aircraft engine programs.
- Evaluate initiatives to improve system reliability, maintainability, availability, and affordability.
- Analyze planning and programming documentation to determine the scope and logistics requirements of acquisition efforts.
- Assess modernization and sustainment improvements involving technology insertion and hardware modifications.
- Analyze logistics impacts associated with acquisition and sustainment initiatives and identify required logistics support activities.
- Utilize logistics and maintenance systems and technical data, including CEMS, D035, LIMS-EV, and JDRS.
- Participate in discussions regarding new requirements, issue resolution, and coordination among government, contractor, and other supporting organizations.
- Prepare and support program briefings, presentations, meetings, and responses to assigned actions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve logistics and sustainment issues.

Required Qualifications
- Must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years of DoD experience; or
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 13 years of directly related experience, including at least 5 years of DoD experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must possess a current/active DoD Secret security clearance.
