Title: SAP S4 Service Management Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC (2 weeks per month Onsite)
Duration: 8 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to support Project SAP transformation initiative. The consultant will lead Service Management workstreams, provide advisory guidance, and deliver end-to-end SAP Service Management solutions aligned with business objectives.
Description:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.
- Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop functional designs and solution roadmaps.
- Configure and support Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Field Service Management, Resource Scheduling, and Service Parts Management.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead functional teams and drive successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SAP Service Management experience.
- 3+ full lifecycle SAP Service Management implementations with hands-on configuration experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes and best practices.
- Experience leading functional workstreams and managing teams of 10+ resources.
- Experience supporting Products and Consumer Goods clients.
- Prior consulting/advisory experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP Field Service solutions and business process transformation is a plus.
