As a Front-End Developer, you will collaborate with designers, product owners, and back-end developers to deliver intuitive, high-performance, and accessible web applications. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience building modern front-end solutions within Agile and DevSecOps environments. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end architecture.

As a Front-End Developer, you will collaborate with designers, product owners, and back-end developers to deliver intuitive, high-performance, and accessible web applications. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience building modern front-end solutions within Agile and DevSecOps environments. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end architecture.
Contributions
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and optimize front-end components and web interfaces using React/TypeScript (or similar modern frameworks).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly web applications.
- Integrate front-end components with APIs and microservices to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration processes.
- Implement automated testing frameworks for unit and component testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Troubleshoot performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Support build/release management and continuous deployment practices using CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide documentation for front-end components, shared libraries, and usage guidelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving front-end development standards and best practices.
- Present UI solutions and interactive demos to stakeholders.
- Implement solutions and provide continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust
- Master's degree and 1 year of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience; OR
- No degree and 8 years of relevant experience
- Possesses at least one professional certification relevant to the technical service provided
- 3 years of experience with modern front-end development using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue). Strong understanding of CSS architecture, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
- Experience developing accessible and performant web interfaces following WCAG and responsive design principles.
- 3 years of experience with CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Experience with containerized development using Docker.
- Proficiency with unit and integration testing frameworks.
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate
- Frontend: Angular and/or React
- Database: SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar RDBMS)
- API Design: RESTful services
Preferred:
- Experience supporting technical demonstrations or tech challenges
- 3+ years of application development in an Agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Observability: OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or Prometheus/Grafana
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Cloud: AWS or Azure
