Pay Rate: $40/hour+
Schedule: Part-Time 24 hours per week

What's a typical day as Pharmacy Recruiter? You'll be:

• Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring diverse talent for a wide range of positions.
• Driving the recruitment process by identifying top talent and recommending effective recruiting strategies to Hiring Managers.
• Providing guidance on applicant tracking systems (ATS), interview guides, and creating brand-specific recruiting resources.
• Conducting intake sessions with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as job postings, referrals, fairs, internet searches, and networking.
• Advising on recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with EEO and compensation guidelines.
• Coordinating interview schedules, managing logistics, and serving as the main point of contact for all parties.
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills and fit, and providing recommendations to Hiring Managers.
• Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.
• Assisting with recruiting for company training programs and supporting the onboarding process.
• Handling a high-volume requisition load and facilitating interview days for store openings.
• Conducting pre-employment background checks and tracking recruiting activities with regular updates.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of pharmacy recruiting experience in a retail or fast-paced, service-driven environment (required).
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent years of experience.
• Are proficient with MS Office Suite, Outlook, internet search tools, and applicant tracking systems.
• Are a self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with team members and candidates.
• Can handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Bring high energy, a proactive approach, and a positive attitude to your work.
