Position Summary:
This Position requires the following specific technical and professional background: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
- HVAC Systems: Perform diagnostics, service, repair, and preventive maintenance on portable and environmental control units (ECUs/HVAC) to ensure optimal climate control for personnel and sensitive equipment. Refrigeration experience is a plus.
- Power Generation: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 5Kw to 200Kw+ generators and associated electrical distribution systems to guarantee continuous power supply.
- Plumbing & Structures: Manage the rapid setup, upkeep, and repair of expeditionary plumbing systems (water/wastewater) and temporary structures (e.g., tents, hard-sided shelters).
- Bare Base Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on a wide variety of bare base equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 2+ years of HVAC experience
- Secret Clearance
