Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of progressive project leadership/management experience; OR
• Associate’s degree + 5 years of progressive project leadership/management experience
• Experience managing project schedules, personnel, deliverables, performance metrics, and customer communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR/Contracting Officer
• Available during 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET and able to respond to technical issues within 3 hours
Strongly Preferred:
• Experience managing Federal Government contracts or task orders
• Experience managing Federal civilian HR programs, particularly staffing, classification, personnel processing, and/or retirement support
• Experience managing approximately 15–20 professional staff
• Experience with quality/performance metrics, monthly reporting, staffing/recruiting coordination, and corrective actions
• Current or recent Federal/DHS suitability or CAC
Work Environment:
• Hybrid – assume minimum 3 days/week onsite in Washington, DC
We especially want someone who is hands-on with staffing and workforce management and can help us rapidly recruit, onboard, and maintain qualified HR personnel while keeping performance and deliverables on track.
