As a Technical/Professional - Visual Media Specialist, you'll leverage your creative and technical expertise using industry-leading tools to produce high-impact training and multimedia content. [Responsibilities] - Capture, edit, and produce compelling training videos and multimedia content for internal and external audiences. - Operate DSLR cameras, studio lighting, audio recording equipment, and digital editing tools to create high-quality visuals. - Script, storyboard, and design videos that effectively communicate complex information. - Select and integrate music, sound effects, and graphics for enhanced multimedia presentations. - Coordinate audiovisual production logistics, including equipment setup and vendor liaison. - Research and recommend emerging technologies to continuously improve media deliverables. - Maintain a strong portfolio of completed projects. [Required Skills and Experience] - Minimum 15 years of professional experience in visual media, video production, and editing. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Animate, Lightroom). - Proven artistic ability and video design skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Demonstrated experience in both shooting and editing videos. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (interim clearance required to start). - Must live near Eglin AFB, FL, and provide consistent on-site support.
