Work Location: Warner Robins, GA 31088
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Work Schedule: 9x80 A

Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in Electronics related position
Job description :
In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to do the following and other similar tasks:
• Lead a 4-person team on second shift, ensuring production and repairs stay on schedule.
• Responsible for building and assets.
• Proper labor charging with team members
• Effective communication of goals and objectives to team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for performance reviews for team.
• Understanding and complying with all quality processes.
• Understanding complying with manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrating personal integrity and high ethical standards as well as all internal relationships.
• Must be able to work 9/80 schedule (8, 9hour days, alt Friday 8 hours and the other Friday off)
• Provide production and repair status in a Power Point presentation for leadership.
• Able to resolve problems to keep production moving.
• Assist and guide technicians in developing their technical skills.
• This position includes learning the functional environmental screening test stations, lower-level sub assembly testing and being able to provide technical support of those.
• This position requires a strong electronics background and component level troubleshooting DC and RF.
• Aid technicians in fault isolation of components.
• Write procedures to document repair techniques in conjunction with engineering.
• Provide guidance and organize workflow as a team lead in an equipment build and fabrication setting.
• process improvement.
• Work with Engineering to aid in development or updating work instructions.
• Provide reporting as requested to Operations Leadership.
• Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble electronic subassemblies.
• Wire circuits, replace components, and repair electronic assemblies.
• Perform test readings using several different instruments, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators and Digital Multimeters.
• Perform calibration checks on electronic instruments.
• Use practical electronic theory and basic tools.
• Complete solder certification.
Basic Qualifications:
• Associate degree in electronics-related field OR Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in electronics related position, AND 5+ years of relevant electronics experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia second shift.
• Leadership experience.
• Component level trouble shooting experience.
• Ability to follow test procedures, work instructions and other process documents.
• Must be able to collaborate in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• RF experience
• Test equipment experience, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators and Digital Multimeters.
• Manufacturing experience
• Familiar with Manufacturing Execution System for production and Gold for repairs.
• Experience managing workflow in an electronic assembly environment.
• Have a current Secret DoD clearance or be able secure one.
