Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Response in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will contribute to a professional environment through routine patrols, teamwork, and integrity while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

Day Time Mon 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, helping to protect controlled work areas and sensitive business operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
