Are You a Salesforce Professional Who Enjoys Partnering with Users and Improving Business Processes?
QSSHire is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to support the administration, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce applications within a federal environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes, configure Salesforce solutions, support testing activities, and drive user adoption through Salesforce's out-of-the-box capabilities. This role is focused on Salesforce administration, configuration, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement rather than custom Salesforce development.

In This Role, You'll:
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business
processes, and identify opportunities for platform improvements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and solution designs.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions using Flows, validation rules, approval
processes, page layouts, record types, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, solution demonstrations, and business process reviews.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test script development, defect tracking, and validation activities.
• Deliver end-user training and support user adoption initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement system enhancements.
• Support releases and deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration documentation, user guides, release notes, and training materials.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, andstakeholder reviews.

You'll Succeed Here If You Have:
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, configuration, and application support experience.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, solution demonstrations, and UAT sessions.
• Experience delivering end-user training and supporting user adoption efforts.
• Experience supporting production operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
• Experience with Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, field-level security, and data access controls.
• Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or similar credentials.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust Clearance.

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience supporting Federal Government clients.
• Experience working within government contracting environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Experience with Propel PLM and/or Propel QMS applications built on Salesforce.
• Experience with data migration activities, ETL processing, and source-to-target data mapping.
