What You Will Do :

• Deploy, integrate, and support advanced data and analytics capabilities directly with customer teams.
• Work closely with government stakeholders to translate operational needs into product configurations and scalable technical solutions.
• Implement, test, and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows within a Databricks-based environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of deployed features.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver enhancements, identify gaps, and ensure field feedback informs platform evolution.

What You Will Need :

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience working directly with end users or mission teams to support operational needs.
• Experience with Databricks, including building pipelines, notebooks, and production workflows.
• Experience with Python or Spark for building and troubleshooting data solutions.
• Ability to work on-site at a government facility in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia when required.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Experience supporting government or defense missions.
• Strong foundational knowledge of cloud-based data processing, analytics, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with secure data environments and compliance-driven workflows.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high technical rigor.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, or containerized deployment approaches
• Prior work in a forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering role

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
