Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Job Location: Al Nakhla, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support the USMTM CITS contract in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The SharePoint Administrator provides administration, configuration, maintenance, governance, user support, training, and lifecycle management for SharePoint sites and related collaboration services.
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint environments supporting USMTM and approved mission-partner organizations.
  • Create and sustain site collections, team sites, communication sites, subsites, libraries, lists, calendars, pages, and collaboration workspaces.
  • Manage permissions, SharePoint groups, role assignments, access requests, and least-privilege controls.
  • Support page owners with site design, navigation, content organization, document management, and approved publishing practices.
  • Provide initial and refresher training and maintain user guides, job aids, procedures, governance documents, and knowledge articles.
  • Configure versioning, metadata, content types, retention, approval processes, and records-management features.
  • Support collaboration, continuity, disaster recovery, storage, archive, and content lifecycle requirements.
  • Troubleshoot access, permissions, synchronization, search, libraries, workflows, page rendering, and user-experience issues.
  • Coordinate with Systems Administrators on authentication, service accounts, backup, storage, server health, and restoration.
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity personnel on RMF controls, STIGs, vulnerability remediation, audits, and configuration baselines.
  • Support approved Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and workflow integrations.
  • Assist with content migration from shared drives, legacy sites, and approved repositories.
  • Monitor storage, growth, permissions, stale content, inactive sites, governance compliance, updates, and platform changes.
  • Provide Tier II and Tier III support and participate in CCB, maintenance, after-hours restoration, and continuity activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements: US Citizenship is required.
  • Candidates must meet the applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements for the assigned work role. DoD 8140 Work Role(s): 451 - System Administrator, Proficiency Level: Intermediate; and may qualify through education, military training, certifications, experience, or a combination thereof. DoD identifies IT-451 as the System Administrator work role responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software and administering system accounts.
  • Qualifying education or training may include a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or completion of relevant military systems administration, communications, network, or information technology training.
  • Qualifying certifications may include Security+, Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, or other DoD 8140-approved certifications applicable to the System Administrator work role. Higher proficiency-level or equivalent DoD 8140-approved certifications applicable to the assigned work role may also be accepted.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience administering Microsoft SharePoint environments.
  • Experience managing sites, permissions, libraries, lists, content types, metadata, workflows, and governance.
  • Experience supporting SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, or a hybrid enterprise environment and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory authentication, access control, and enterprise account management.
  • Experience developing user documentation and delivering end-user training.
  • Experience maintaining detailed technical, restoration, and continuity documentation.
  • Ability to relocate to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Desired Qualification

  • Microsoft 365 or SharePoint administration certification; Power Platform, Teams, or ITIL certification.
  • Experience supporting classified DoD, Army, CENTCOM, USARCENT, NETCOM, or other federal collaboration environments.
  • Experience with Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, governance, records management, retention, and content migration.
  • Experience supporting RMF, STIG, vulnerability remediation, SQL Server, and Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Prior overseas, contingency, or military information-management experience.
