Program Analyst I (6076)

Bennett Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst I located in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will conduct processes and procedures as required by the program office.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and audit reimbursement requests, billing records, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  
• Communicate with agency leadership, district offices, and external partners to coordinate information and resolve issues.
  
• Develop and maintain reports, logs, and databases to track financial and budgetary activities and support decision-making.
  
• Assist with budget planning, fiscal year-end analysis, and overall budgeting processes.
  
• Prepare and edit professional correspondence and review documents for completeness and accuracy.
  
• Communicate via telephone and e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency, District offices, and other contract affiliates
  
• Research and provide accurate information on matters necessary to carry out the program policies
  
• Compile and enter data on purchases for the courts in support of the security team
  
• Communicate with Vendors as equipment and consumables are purchased and delivered to the site
  
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when faced with an issue and work independently
  

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• At least one year of experience reviewing, verifying, and auditing reimbursement requests, billing records, invoices, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance, or experience in a related field.
  
• Experience with entering, retrieving, and maintaining data in specific databases
  
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
  
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
  
• Advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Superior Microsoft Excel experience
  

Security Requirements:

• Clearance Level Required: Public Trust
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
• Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.

The salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000
