Job Description

Cadence Coalition is seeking a single Technical Support specialist to provide sole-source, on-site IT support to the Base Training and Education Services (BTES) Education Center at Barksdale AFB. The position supports Air Force voluntary off-duty education programs, DLPT/PME testing operations, and DETN satellite distance-learning delivery under AFGSC.

The selected candidate is the entire IT function for this facility. You will own the full stack — endpoints, servers, network infrastructure, physical security systems, SharePoint, and the Education Center database — and report directly to the BTES Team Leader with COR oversight.

Note on clearance: No collateral clearance is required for this position. Selected candidate must complete a National Agency Check, initiated within the first week of performance, and obtain a Contractor Access Card on day one. Derogatory information surfaced during the NAC that would prevent maintaining suitability will result in removal from the contract. Candidates who already hold or have held a clearance, or who have a current favorable investigation on file, will onboard significantly faster and are strongly encouraged to apply.
