Job Description
Project Management Office (PMO) is a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing an organization's project portfolio, establishing governance frameworks, and aligning strategic initiatives with overall business goals. This role manages project managers, optimizes resource allocation, and drives execution
From the VP:
• Hands on manager – willingness to get hand dirty on shop floor
• Will have 10 project managers reporting to them – must be able to build a team
• Must be high energy
• In charge of setting up processes
• Master scheduling duties
• FAR / DFAR Experience
• Contract proposals
• Bachelors required but MBA and/or PMP Certs preferred
• Earned Value management
• The right person will be coming out of aerospace / DOD / Missile systems environment
This site specializes in the design, manufacture and test of energetic safety systems including electronic safe, arm and fire (ESAF) devices and firing modules (FMs), ignition safety devices (ISDs), custom energetics, and Blue Chip® detonators and serves a variety of high-performance applications including precision munitions, tactical missiles, launch vehicles, and strategic missiles.
