Product Manager
Work Type: Full Time (Hybrid)
Location: Washington, DC
Clearance: Top Secret (SCI Eligible + Ability to obtain DHS EOD Clearance)
Role Description: As the Product Manager, you will own the complete product lifecycle and drive the strategic vision to enable enterprise capabilities. You will define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide a cross-functional team of 12-15 full time equivalents including developers, designers, and analysts to deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful product delivery. You will regularly engage with customer leadership, end-users, and technical teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and iterate on product features. Additionally, you will present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders, onboard new tenants, and serve as the primary advocate for user needs throughout the development process. Success in this role requires balancing competing priorities, making data-driven decisions, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver a platform that truly serves customer operations.

Role Requirements:

High colocation, 70-80% onsite

Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $150,000-175,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
