Work You'll Do
As a Project - Consultant, Managed Services on the Managed Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities for complex projects and programs.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, action items, and performance metrics, and report status to project teams and leadership.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, reports, status briefings, and project records.
- Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, document meeting minutes, and facilitate communication across project teams, customers, and leadership.
- Support resource planning, budget tracking, process improvement initiatives, and compliance with established project and document management procedures.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience supporting project or program management activities
- 1+ years of experience tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items
- 1+ years of experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, status briefings, and meeting materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Ability to work onsite in Panama City, FL 100% of the time
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
