Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for cleared and uncleared positions supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Space, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and corporate operations programs.
- Partner with hiring managers and program leadership to understand staffing needs, workforce planning objectives, skill requirements, and contract growth opportunities.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing professional networks, referrals, veteran organizations, social media, industry events, clearance-focused recruiting platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current openings, proposal efforts, and anticipated contract awards.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural alignment, and contract requirements.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process while delivering a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience.
- Prepare and manage offers in partnership with Human Resources, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Support proposal recruiting, incumbent capture efforts, and transition activities, including contingent hiring strategies and labor category mapping.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant records in compliance with OFCCP, EEO, affirmative action, and other federal contractor requirements.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide leadership with insights related to market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and pipeline health.
- Represent Integrity ISR at career fairs, industry events, networking functions, and military transition programs.
- Promote and strengthen the Integrity ISR employment brand through professional and engaging candidate interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience supporting Department of Defense (U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force), Intelligence Community, Federal Civilian, or government contracting organizations.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of technical, operational, and professional positions.
- Experience supporting one or more of the following labor categories:
- Information Technology and Infrastructure
- Cybersecurity (ISSO, ISSM, RMF, SOC, Cyber Operations)
- Intelligence Analysis and Operations
- Space Operations
- Training, Curriculum Development, and Instruction
- Program Management, PMO, Finance, and Mission Support Functions
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with security clearances, including Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and polygraph requirements.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting environments, staffing challenges, labor categories, and proposal recruiting.
- Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a small to mid-sized government contractor in a growth-oriented environment.
- Experience supporting proposal staffing, recompete efforts, contract transitions, and rapid-response recruiting initiatives.
- Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and contract types, including IDIQ, BPA, CPFF, FFP, and T&M.
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and federal recruiting regulations.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, CIR, or similar recruiting and HR certifications.
- Existing network within cleared, defense, cyber, intelligence, or space operations communities.
