Job Description

Title: Analyst, Management II (ANM2)
Location: Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC (Government Site)
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret at time of award
Reports To: AFORGE Program Manager

Position Overview:
The Management Analyst II provides program-analysis and operational support to NSWC Crane Code GXP stakeholders at the Washington Navy Yard. The position collects, reviews, analyzes, and integrates technical, schedule, resource, cost, and organizational information to develop decision-ready recommendations and support effective execution of Navy programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze programmatic, technical, schedule, resource, cost, and operational information.
• Develop recommendations, decision briefs, status reports, milestone charts, correspondence, and consolidated data packages for Government leadership.
• Support development and maintenance of program and project schedules, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Coordinate inputs from Branch Managers, Project Managers, Chief Engineers, Task Leads, and other stakeholders.
• Support program reviews, management meetings, visitor engagements, data calls, and operational assessments.
• Prepare agendas and meeting materials; capture decisions and action items; track assigned actions through closure.
• Identify emerging performance, resource, schedule, and operational issues and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, current, and configuration-controlled program records using approved Microsoft 365 and Government tools.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Seven years of experience in engineering/science management, operations-research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance at the time of award.
• Ability to perform onsite at the Washington Navy Yard.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting Navy program offices, systems-engineering organizations, or acquisition programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, or PowerApps.
• Experience developing executive-level analysis, schedules, briefings, and recommendations.
