Job Description

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As a Master Scheduler, Strategy & Transformation Manager on the Finance Strategy team, you will be responsible for...
  • Leading the development, integration, maintenance, and statusing of enterprise-level Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) across programs, control accounts, and major subprojects
  • Building and maintaining logically linked schedules that align scope, milestones, resources, and contractual requirements across program management, engineering, supply chain, operations, and functional teams
  • Performing critical path, driving path, float, and schedule realism analysis to identify milestone risks, support recovery planning, and improve schedule performance
  • Conducting schedule risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulation and forecast modeling, and translating findings into recommendations for program and executive stakeholders
  • Developing schedule dashboards, assessing schedule health and integrating schedule data with EVMS performance data to support governance and decision-making

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 10+ years of professional scheduling experience supporting aerospace, defense or intelligence programs
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing integrated master schedules at the enterprise, program, or major subproject level using Primavera P6, Deltek Open Plan and/or Microsoft Project
  • 2+ years of experience performing schedule risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, critical path analysis, driving path analysis, and forecast modeling
  • 2+ years of experience building or implementing dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. up to 50% of the time

Preferred:
  • Experience leading or mentoring schedulers in a PMO or enterprise scheduling environment.
  • Familiarity with both agile and waterfall scheduling methodologies, including hybrid delivery environments.
  • Background in program management, systems engineering, manufacturing, or integrated product team leadership.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and schedule data models.
  • Familiarity with Acumen Fuse, OnePager Pro, or other schedule analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting EVMS implementations, validations, surveillance, or compliance reviews.
  • PMP, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, DAWIA, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with government acquisitions and contractor schedule assessment.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
