Systems Integrator

Key Tasks:

· Perform end-to-end systems integration across applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and mission-partner systems.

· Maintain and evaluate the Sponsor's technical architecture and infrastructure to support evolving mission requirements.

· Manage system interfaces, dependencies, and technical requirements across integrated systems.

· Coordinate integration activities among engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, operations, and mission-partner teams.

· Identify and mitigate technical risks and integration issues that could affect mission performance.

· Support application modernization and transition to multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud architectures.

· Analyze and resolve complex technical and interoperability problems through root-cause analysis and technical recommendations.

· Ensure integrated solutions satisfy customer requirements, user needs, security requirements, and mission objectives.

· Support security accreditation/authorization activities and associated technical documentation.

· Provide technical integration recommendations and status to program leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

· End-to-end systems integration experience.

· Strong understanding of enterprise technical architectures and infrastructure.

· Multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud integration experience.

· Ability to identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and interfaces.

· Experience integrating applications with external/mission-partner data sources.

· Requirements analysis and traceability experience.

· Cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

· Technical problem solving and root-cause analysis.

· Security accreditation/authorization support experience.

· Ability to translate technical issues into actionable recommendations.

· Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

Desired Skills :

· Intelligence Community mission environment experience.

· AWS/Azure/GCP experience.

· DevSecOps and CI/CD integration experience.

· RMF/ATO experience.

· Enterprise architecture experience.

· API, data, and application integration experience.

· Agile development experience.

· Experience leading integration across multiple technical teams.

· Experience assessing emerging technologies and their impact on the existing architecture.

· Experience managing complex system-of-systems environments.

Education/Certifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.


The proposed salary range for this position in Virginia is 195,000 to 235,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
