Lockheed Martin Space and Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) is seeking a proactive Strategic Sr. Analyst to support the D5LE2 Program and Leadership Team. The D5LE2 missile program represents the next generation evolution of the proven D5LE system, delivering modernized capabilities to our Navy customer. The Strategic Sr. Analyst will act as a critical piece of the program level rhythms, communications, and business strategies to meet the program's growing needs. They will be a trusted partner to program leadership, delivering high quality analytical support, coordination of large-scale forums and tactics, and driving proactive process improvement efforts across the program.
This role will report directly to the D5LE2 Deputy PM in support the D5LE2 program.
The job duties will consist of the following:
Advise and collaborate with key stakeholders across the LE2 organization to drive initiatives and results
Manage, organize, lead, and facilitate process improvement events and key strategies spanning across LE2 that will create efficiencies and an aligned and integrated organization.
Lead & support program-wide staffing efforts and strategies
Manage business rhythms and prepare materials for program and executive level discussions and reviews (Weekly Startup, Weekly Customer Status Review, Monthly PMR, Monthly Program Review to LOB VP, Monthly Town Hall / All hands, Program Staffing Rhythms, etc)
Facilitate bi-weekly LE2 Program Management Team (PMT) strategy sessions
Responsible for coordinating, tracking and reporting key metrics and ensuring metrics are actionable and driving value to the enterprise.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated project engineering experience / skillset
Desired Skills
- Tableau (or similar) dashboard experience
- Navy SSP customer experience
- FBM program experience
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
