The selected candidate will support a program in the Santa Barbara area. As their primary role, candidate will support an ADP operational team's sustainment through logistics database management, stocking and inventorying parts, preparing and receiving shipments, coordinating kitting requirements, and pulling and issuing parts/supplies to team members. In addition, they will support the on-site Customer and work to perform routine logistics support and programmed audits. Candidate will coordinate and manage tooling and test equipment calibration requirements through internal and external support organizations.
As a secondary role, this candidate will assist team members in the ground movement/handling and flight-line operation of ADP aircraft.
Candidates must be willing to travel to and work at austere remote locations and accept assignment to Customer selected locations to support Customer requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters and comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and receive applicable vaccinations. Must pass an overseas physical and meet customer medical requirements. Must be willing to work extended shifts including holidays and weekends.
Must be willing to submit to a polygraph examination if required.
**Must have a TS clearance investigated in the last 5 years**

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in supply chain, customer service, inventory, warehousing, shipping/receiving or administration
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate Excel experience with ability to develop spreadsheets
• Experience with forklift operation
• Active Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment driven by operational requirements
• SAP experience
• Field Service Rep experience
• Hazmat shipping certified
• Daily requirement to lift up to 60 pounds
• Valid state driver's license
• Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements
• Experience with data analysis and metric development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team leadership
