Are you passionate about execution and strive to help teams deliver for their customers? Come join a multidiscipline team focused on executing customer programs and capital projects within the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Services organization.
In this role your duties will include leading and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for the design and production of Mechanical and Electrical GSE. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have good communications skills (both oral and written), able to mentor and develop their team to a high standard, have a strong background in project management, finance, manufacturing and ATLO environments and processes.
Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

In this role your duties will include leading and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for the design and production of Mechanical and Electrical GSE. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing earned value performance, metrics, and reporting for multiple control accounts spanning the lifecycle of the contract for the GSE IPTs
- Managing the overall scope for each assigned control account and impacting any proposed changes
- Working with partnering organizations and IPTs to ensure products are delivered on time and on budget.
- Coordinating with Program and Functional Management to ensure the appropriate resources are in place for execution
- Providing timely and accurate insight on key program impacts or opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed
- Working with supply chain organizations for production and/or procurement of materials and equipment

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of project management and/or earned value management
- Experience with planning tools including Microsoft Project
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Familiarity with data analysis, metrics collection, and reporting
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance prior to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated experience in project management and execution including: schedule development, resource management, budget management, scope management, progress tracking and reporting, and analysis of metrics
- Prior CAM/EVMS experience
- Prior Electrical and Mechanical GSE experience/ knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Project
- Experience with OpenPlan
- Ability to build reports utilizing Tableau
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Experience developing and/or reviewing Basis Of Estimate (BOEs) in support of contract modifications or impact assessments
- Manufacturing and/or ATLO experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
