Come join the C2BMC team to put your project management skills to work as we drive the entire enterprise forward serving one of our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customer's most critical missile defense mission needs! C2BMC is an IDIQ structured program comprised of multiple task orders responsible for the design, development, deployment, integration, testing, operations and sustainment of a software-based Command/Control and Battle Management system. This system provides US Commanders around the globe essential situational awareness and is the integrating element central to the MDA's missile defense missions.
The Work
In this role as the TO60 Project Engineering role you will report to the C2BMC TO60 Solution Chief (SC) and support execution of technical program management related duties and responsibilities that span the associated C2BMC Task Orders.
- Work with the SC in the creation of program level milestones and capabilities needed to successfully achieve all TO60 work scope as defined in the SOW and ECPs
- Assists the SC in monitoring the successful implementation of TO60 capabilities
- Ensure Agile work flow management tools are continually updated with all required data and reflect progress to date
- Support the SC in the development of program briefings (eg. PMR, IPRs, IETRs) and CDRLs to include planning and execution of program review events
- Populate program execution metrics, tracking metric data, and problem solving
- Lead identification of program risks and opportunities, including development of the risks/opportunities, mitigation plans, tracking and coordination, and resolution, plus risk briefings to various risk and opportunity management boards
- Support program definition of ECPs and Task Instructions including definition of capabilities, schedules, detailed task planning, ECP BOE Kickoff presentations, plus BOE reviews, and coordination with BOE authors.

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Basic Qualifications
- Must have an Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position
- Experience with project planning, cost, schedule, & performance
- Previous experience with development programs and deployment execution activities
- Proven leadership abilities to manage, coordinate, and oversee cross Functional Area efforts associated with both the Sustainment and Development lifecycle management
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Project Management and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment
- Experienced in developing and managing project teams and schedules
- Experienced in Development Lifecycle and knowledge of spiral development processes

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
