As our Program Planner, you will...
• Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required.
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering

Standard Job Description: Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity
• Earned value management (EVM) experience with a focus on EVM compliance (like control account management (CAM) experience)
• Working knowledge of a scheduling tool such as MS Project Server (preferred), Open Plan, Primavera, and/or ProjectView
• Experience performing schedule integrity checks and critical path analysis
• Due to contract and work location requirements, must be a United States citizen with an active Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills
• Extensive Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Excel experience
• Additional Planning knowledge/experience (examples: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
• Experience with resource loaded schedules
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)
