Project Controls Specialist

Location: Aiken, SC (Relocation Required)
Clearance: Active DOE Q Clearance Required

Position Overview

Support high-visibility engineering and construction programs by leading project controls, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts. This position plays a critical role in ensuring project performance through accurate planning, analysis, and reporting.

-Experience developing project schedules, forecasts, and executive reporting
-Ability to analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions
-Strong understanding of project management principles and tactical project execution
-Working knowledge of CAS/FAR principles
-Experience supporting engineering, construction, operations, or maintenance organizations

Preferred Qualifications
-Site Business Systems experience
-Scenario and statistical financial analysis
-Business systems implementation and process improvement
-Leadership or mentoring experience within Project Controls organizations
-DOE or federal project experience

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
