Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst, ideally supporting finance, treasury, or payments platforms.
- Understanding of payment processes and controls, including initiation, approval, segregation of duties, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in data requirements, data mapping, and analysis (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Good understanding of privacy, compliance, control, and security requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
- Experience with Kyriba, Bottomline WebSeries, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to operational resilience, TPRM, ISRA/PIA, or internal-audit remediation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)
- Translate findings into requirements, converting validated payment-control gaps and remediation actions into detailed requirements, user stories, and data-mapping documents.
- Document current and target states of payment processes and define target-state controls and processes.
- Work with Treasury and technical resources to define anomaly-detection data needs for automated payment monitoring and alerting.
- Analyze the links between payment processes and systems, identifying control dependencies, and documenting evidence needs for audit, risk, and governance reviews.
- Document requirements for automated access removal and support validation by assisting with business acceptance testing and end-to-end validation of remediated controls.
