Job Description
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Facilities Engineer to join our team in Australia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines and Oahu Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Facilities Engineer III validates technical engineering protocols and oversees the implementation of facility maintenance and activation procedures.
- They authorize Technical Reports regarding structural integrity and manage the resolution of complex engineering discrepancies.
- They serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders to ensure facility objectives align with mission goals and regulatory requirements.
- The Facilities Engineer III executes technical oversight for facility activation and site remediation activities supporting regional operations.
- They manage the internal engineering audit schedule to verify compliance with mission-specific safety standards and technical requirements.
- They coordinate the development of site assessment tools for use in prioritized theater logistics nodes.
- The Facilities Engineer III provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Journeyman
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education
- Ability to draft technical documentation and follow established engineering SOPs.
Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education
- Experience in formal document validation, acting as the Responsible Officer (RO) for deliverables, and overseeing quality gate implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems integration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MIL-STD engineering requirements.

- Must hold an have a Public Trust
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
