This position is located on-site in Newport, RI, working directly alongside the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport.
We are looking for a technical leader to apply advanced analytical methods from mathematics, science, and engineering to manage large organizational data, resource allocations, and undersea warfare tactics. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership within NUWC or NAVSEA structures, specifically managing undersea systems, torpedo performance assessments, and live-virtual-constructive modeling and simulation environments.

Lead the verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) workflows for warfare simulation infrastructure, data collection, and tactical employment frameworks. Oversee programmatic and technical problem-solving involving engineering, information technology, staffing, budgets, and hardware/software investments.
