ITility is seeking a mission-focused a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to support an Information Operations Program providing IT and OT customer service to DoW/DoD personnel worldwide. This position is a part of proposal, and we are using this job posting to identify personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Develops software quality assurance plans.
- Conducts formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development lifecycle.
- Applies subject matter knowledge to high level analysis, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation and implementation.
- Resolves problems, which require an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter.
- Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions.
- Includes but not limited to, environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair processes, and logistical support activities.
Required Experience:
- Five (5) years relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT Systems.
- Experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, and software metrics, and their application to software quality assessment.
- Must be capable of maintaining and establishing a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
- Must be able to determine the resources required for information technology quality control.
- Must be able to maintain the level of quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT Systems
- Experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, and software metrics, and their application to software quality control.
Required Certifications and Clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance Preferred (Minimum Investigative Requirement: Possess a Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive IT II) with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.)
- Certification: ITIL v4 Foundation certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Work Environment:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform computer-based work using standard office equipment.
- Requires frequent verbal communication, active listening, and visual acuity to perform job responsibilities effectively.
- Must follow site-specific safety, security, and dress standards.
