Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Acquisition Management Specialist in Crane, IN.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquisition support, COR support, and Purchase Requisition (PR) input support to include, but not limited to:
- Planning, Tracking and Analysis of Acquisition Requirements
- PR Input Monitoring Performance Tracking of Funds and Payment
- Preparation and Review of Acquisition Requirements Documentation Meeting minutes
- Document Handling Reporting
- Data Entry
- Experience and proficiency in Department of Defense and Department of Navy (DoN) acquisition regulations and requirements
- Track existing contract ordering periods and service periods of performance and monitor follow-on contract actions as required
- New definitive contracts
- New Basic IDIQ and Requirements contracts
- New Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA)
- All Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) actions (including GSA, GWACs, etc.)
- New OTs
- All Orders (Delivery, Task, and Job Orders)
- All New SeaPort TOs
- All OT Project Orders
- All incremental funding modifications (FAR-based and Non-FAR Based)
- Option Exercise modifications
- OT Project Order Phase Execution modifications
- All other modifications requested by the RTAAcquisition Management provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have a Secret Clearance
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree
- 3-7 years as a contract/ acquisition specialist
- Preferred experience with DOW or Federal Government
