ECS seeks an Advanced Financial Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency in Schriever AFB, CO .
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Prepares funding documents using the DAI finance & accounting system
- Maintains accounting log (log/status for all funding documents)
- Conducts financial execution record keeping and analysis
- Reconciles DAI/1002 status
- Generates financial reports
- Reconciles unliquidated obligations (ULOs)
- Resolves unmatched disbursements (UMDs)
- Completes DAR-Q reporting requirements
- Conducts year-end close out of expiring funds
- Resolves DAI/PRIDE system errors (document issues/status inaccuracies/monitors help desk tickets)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
Required Skills
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
-BA/BS in Related Field and 10 Years Experience or MA/MS in Related Field and 8 Years Experience.
-Capable of leading and executing tasks associated with Business Operations (i.e. Budget Formulation, Budget Execution, Cost Analysis, Cost Estimating, Earned Value, Financial Systems, Accounting, and Foreign Military Sales) for complex weapon systems. Have specialized related knowledge.
-Capable of working independently and leading teams in solving complex problems. -Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.
-Proficiency with DoD finance and accounting systems.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to multi-task, effectively manage time and work under firm and quick turn-around deadlines.

-Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
-Missile Defense Agency experience
-DAI proficiency
-CDFM certification
-DAU BFM Level II Certification
-MS Access proficiency
-DFAS experience
