Support the development and fielding of advanced ground-based Space Domain Awareness (SDA) radar systems by guiding Agile execution across two Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) responsible for Computer and Radar System product deliveries. Work closely with IPT leads, engineers, and cross-functional teams to establish effective Agile practices, improve team performance, and drive predictable delivery of complex hardware and software capabilities supporting critical space domain awareness missions.

Work closely with IPT leads, engineers, and cross-functional teams to establish effective Agile practices, improve team performance, and drive predictable delivery of complex hardware and software capabilities supporting critical space domain awareness missions.
A Day in the Life - What you'll do
- Serve as the Scrum Master for two Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) supporting Computer and Radar System product deliveries.
- Partner closely with IPT leads, product owners, and engineering leadership to facilitate Agile execution and maintain alignment with program objectives.
- Manage and maintain Jira boards, ensuring backlogs, tasks, dependencies, and team activities are accurately represented and visible.
- Lead daily standups and other routine Agile ceremonies to promote communication, identify impediments, and maintain team momentum.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile planning events.
- Track and communicate team performance metrics, delivery trends, risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement.
- Coach team members and provide guidance on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles to strengthen the team's execution practices.
- Identify obstacles affecting product delivery and work with IPT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Help teams transition from task-focused execution toward an Agile product delivery mindset centered on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across software, hardware, systems engineering, and other technical disciplines to ensure Agile processes accommodate complex configuration items and integrated product deliveries.
- Support the integration of Systems Engineering and Agile practices within IPT workflows.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams, program leadership, product stakeholders, and government customers.
- Monitor team health and Agile maturity while recommending process improvements that increase predictability, collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
- Support program-level planning and coordination activities associated with the development, integration, testing, and fielding of ground-based SDA radar systems.
- Travel up to 10% to support customer engagements, technical reviews, planning events, and program activities.
Scrum Master - Level 2
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline and 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related experience; OR
- Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related experience; OR
- PhD in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related experience.
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance, current and within scope, at time of application.
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Experience applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle processes.
- Strong facilitation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams and IPT structures.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% in support of program requirements.
- STEM degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience transitioning teams or organizations from traditional development processes to Agile execution.
- Experience applying Agile principles within Integrated Product Teams responsible for complex hardware and software product deliveries.
- Understanding of fundamental radar system architecture and components.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and methodologies.
- Experience supporting radar development, integration, testing, or fielding programs.
- Experience working with Agile teams developing software and hardware configuration items.
- Experience establishing Agile performance metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting classified Department of Defense or Space Force programs.
