Revenue Billing-Billing Functional Lead
Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:
- Validates billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer-impact scenarios, and operational readiness.
- Provides billing quality advisory and operational validation focusing on complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign-off, first-cycle readiness, and hypercare root cause analysis.
- Delivers reviewed requirements, edge case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue-resolution guidance.
- Critical capabilities include deep revenue billing operations knowledge, regulatory/customer impact understanding, exception management, complex rate expertise, bill compare proficiency, and production stabilization experience.
