Work You'll Do
The Project - Software Engineer II/Functional Analyst will support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, testing, and post-deployment support. This role partners with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop user stories and functional documentation, support UAT and training, and manage defects. The ideal candidate has Oracle EBS Manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support operational needs in a regulated manufacturing environment.
By providing consistent, knowledgeable support and driving process improvements, this individual will play a crucial part in maintaining operational integrity and financial stewardship.
The successful candidate would possess:
o Proven experience supporting Oracle EBS in a similar environment
o Outstanding communication skills
o Strong commitment to service excellence in a federal manufacturing context
o General manufacturing knowledge is a plus

Qualifications
Required:
o Bachelor's degree
o Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
o Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance for this role
o 1+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing
Preferred:
o 1+ years of experience operating in an Agile environment
o 1+ years of experience working with Jira
o General manufacturing knowledge
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
