Enterprise Architect to provide technical leadership for enterprise architecture governance, standards, and strategic technology direction across a complex DoD environment. This role will guide architecture decisions, develop enterprise roadmaps and reference architectures, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and security requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise architecture governance and support Architecture Review Board (ARB) activities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns, and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate technologies and solutions through Analyses of Alternatives (AoA) and architecture reviews.
• Guide enterprise technology decisions across cross-functional technical teams.
• Drive enterprise tool strategy, portfolio rationalization, and technology standardization.
• Ensure architectural alignment with Zero Trust Architecture principles and NIST SP 800-53 requirements.
• Present architecture recommendations and strategic direction to technical and executive leadership.
• Manage enterprise architecture assets and use metrics to measure architecture effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI clearance
• 6+ years enterprise architecture experience
• Experience shaping and advising enterprise-level architecture governance and standards.
• Strong ability to develop and drive consistency with reference architectures, patterns, and technology roadmaps.
• Proven experience managing Architecture Review Boards (ARB), Analyses of Alternatives (AoA), solution evaluations, and enterprise technology decisions.
• Experience managing architecture assets and using metrics to measure enterprise architecture effectiveness.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.
• Experience supporting complex DoD or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
