Overview
As the Junior Acquisition Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will support the Principle Acquisition Analyst/Program Leads as well as the Senior Acquisition Analysts in Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)/ Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) management.
This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

Responsibilities
- Review PARMs acquisition plans, taking into consideration factors including planned contract award dates and production lead-time, to determine the ability of the PARMs to meet the required GFE delivery dates specified in Ship Project Directive (SPD) Part IIIs and the Schedule as of applicable shipbuilding contracts
- Provide technical expertise with the development and preparation of SPD Part Is, which convey GFE management
- Develop Acquisition Milestone Charts based on the PARM acquisition plans and the Shipbuilding Profile for the tracking of system development to system delivery
- Provide technical analysis in the development of SPD Part III based on changes to configuration baselines, shipbuilding profiles, shipbuilding contracts and ship production schedules
- Communicate with the shipbuilders on a regular basis to maintain current Shipyard Preferred Dates (SYPDs) based on the latest ship production schedules
- Identify any GFE delivery delays that could impact shipbuilder production schedules
- Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to PAE Maritime GEM on how to mitigate delivery risk(s)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0-3 years relevant experience in program/project management in Navy acquisition
- DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Preferred:
- 1 year relevant experience in program/project management in Navy acquisition
