As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $28.48 / Hour

Day Time Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor credentials in accordance with site requirements to help support controlled access to business areas and sensitive administrative operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, office areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and report observations.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
