• Create clear, user-friendly technical documentation, SOPs, and How-To guides.
• Maintain and organize knowledge bases using Confluence and Jira.
• Translate complex software processes into well-organized technical resources.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 6+ years
• Total Compensation: $164k+ yearly

• Develop, refine, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Utilize Confluence to structure, organize, and update team knowledge bases.
• Leverage Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
• Analyze software applications to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams in a detail-oriented environment.
