We are seeking an experienced technical leader with deep expertise in space and cyber operations to support advanced prototype development, mission planning, and operational integration efforts. In this highly impactful role, you will serve as a subject matter expert guiding developmental testing, collaborating closely with intelligence, cyber, and space communities, and shaping future technology requirements through strategic analysis and cross-domain coordination. The ideal candidate brings more than a decade of technical development and all-source intelligence experience, a strong background in emerging space or software systems, and the ability to communicate complex architectural and engineering concepts to diverse audiences. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and includes occasional travel to support mission and partner engagements.

- Provide SME level support to space & cyber mission planning and tasking of prototype development and testing efforts
- Integrate with the unit's intelligence flight to identify and submit RFIs to the IC
- Liaison with intelligence, space, and cyber operational communities and mission partners to provide analysis for future technology requirements
- Provide continuity support within the unit for prototype transitions and division leadership change
Experience and Skills
- 10+ years' experience in technical development and all-source intelligence analysis
- Prior experience in leading developmental teams for novel space and/or software systems technology
- Prior experience with acquisitions and/or software engineer development
- Experience communicating technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentations
- BS degree
- Ability to communicate technical approaches and details to small project teams and senior audiences
- Able to read, write, and interpret complex documents
- Ability to understand and communicate software design and system architecture
- Previous experience with intelligence supporting offensive DOD space operations and cyber operations
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Prior experience in developing innovative technical solutions to emerging novel problem sets
- Prior experience with rapid acquisitions support to multi-CCMD space and cyber operations
- Demonstrated tactical and operational experience in military (Joint or Service) planning and conducting military intelligence activities
- Familiarity with programming/scripting in multiple languages to include C, C++, C#, Python, and/or Bash
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems, software development platforms, and software development management platforms (e.g. Linux, git, gitlab, docker, IDEs)
- MA or MS Degree
Additional Requirements
- This position will require overnight travel up to 10% of the time. Trip durations may range from overnight to multiple weeks.
- Only candidates who currently possess an active Top Secret clearance will be considered.
