Job Description

GA-Intelligence maintains and deploys production systems for users across the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and commercial industry. We build and develop best-in-class all domain and globally focused situational awareness capabilities, including THRESHER and DRAGONSPELL, that process petabytes of data from numerous streaming data sources in near real time. Our systems apply state-of-the-art algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract features and fuse data from multiple phenomenologies to form a rich live view of objects in the sky, on the sea, and on the ground. These analytics are designed to determine not just where something is, but what it is, where it's been, and what it's doing. All of this "data to knowledge" is made available to end users in our own browser-based application for visualization, analysis, and understanding. We always want to do more, and that's where you come in.

GA-Intelligence is seeking an INDOPACOM Mission Analyst to join a mission development team based in Honolulu, HI. This is a dual-facing role: internally, you will help translate operational tradecraft into requirements and feedback for our engineering and research organizations; externally, you will work directly with government intelligence analysts across the INDOPACOM area of responsibility to understand their mission needs, embed emerging tradecraft into their workflows, and ensure our capabilities deliver real value in theater. Working under the direction of the INDOPACOM Mission Lead, you will serve as an embedded mission expert engaging with components and units across the region. The ideal candidate brings deep, current INDOPACOM mission experience and a track record of intelligence production that commands credibility with the operators and analysts you'll be working alongside.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as a mission analyst on a Honolulu-based mission development team, contributing tradecraft expertise and ensuring your work is aligned to operational need
  • Engage directly with government intelligence analysts and mission partners across INDOPACOM to learn their workflows, requirements, and pain points
  • Identify opportunities to innovate on intelligence tradecraft, introducing new methods, tools, and analytic approaches that improve mission outcomes
  • Translate operator and analyst feedback into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and research teams developing mission capabilities
  • Embed with components and units in theater as an on-island mission expert, building trusted working relationships with government counterparts
  • Support test, evaluation, and refinement of capabilities against real-world mission use cases and scenarios
  • Maintain deep awareness of the INDOPACOM operating environment, including evolving threats, mission priorities, and command relationships
  • Represent GA-Intelligence's mission and technical capabilities to government stakeholders, building trust and long-term relationships in theater
  • Collaborate with software solution teams to ensure products reflect current tradecraft and operator needs
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to share mission insight and drive adoption of new capabilities

We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
