Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. JOB TITLE: Corporate Recruiter

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Director of Recruitment to identify immediate and future staffing needs
- Recruit for proposal efforts and program transitions
- Create new requisitions and update job postings using UKG and other recruitment advertising tools
- Maintain job boards across multiple recruiting platforms
- Screen applicants; initiate contact and conduct cold outreach as needed; manage and update candidate records using the ATS and spreadsheets
- Source candidates using all available recruiting platforms and refine Boolean searches based on position requirements
- Present qualified candidates to team leads and program managers and assist with interview scheduling
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping, including supporting employee in-processing and out-processing

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate office environment and a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for roles supporting proposal submissions
- Government contracting recruiting experience across a variety of skill sets and clearance levels preferred
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with UKG is a plus
- Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Clearance Jobs
- Knowledge of DoD security clearance levels
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication and teamwork skills
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
