Position Summary:
The candidate will serve as a key member of the System Support Team and interact with DEAMS program management support personnel and interface trading partners in support of the sustainment of the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Responsible for working with the DEAMS Program Management Office, POCs across the DoD network enclave, System Integrator, and DEAMS Integrated Process Team Leads to help ensure the successful sustainment of the Oracle ERP technology and financials modules for DEAMS.
  
• 
  Potential candidates must be well-versed in Oracle tools and applications, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems, optimizing integrations, and supporting critical business operations.
  
• 
  This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  
• 
  Monitor system performance and assist with system maintenance events
  
• 
  Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface issues (both inbound and outbound) to ensure consistent data flow and system integrity
  
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integration solutions that align with business requirements
  
• 
  Provide analysis and problem resolution for fixes to reported problems
  

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related area

System Experience:

• Knowledge of DEAMS system

• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (eBS) R12

• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant scripting languages

Required Experience:

• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and middleware solutions

• Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship)

• Must be willing and able to travel as required

• Must be Customer Focused and Service Oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Air Force financial and logistics systems

• Familiarity with Air Force Lines of Accounting and financial data elements

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Experience with Unix/Linux command and scripting
