POSITION SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced federal business development, capture, or SEWP program professional to help maximize growth through its newly awarded position on the NASA SEWP VI Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building and expanding a growing federal business by leveraging the SEWP contract vehicle to identify, shape, capture, and win new opportunities across the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian marketplace.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SEWP ecosystem, with a proven ability to either generate revenue through the SEWP contract vehicle or successfully manage and expand an organization's SEWP practice. The successful individual will help develop strategic partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and establish a scalable strategy for long-term success on SEWP VI.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on the NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle.
* Identify, qualify, and prioritize federal opportunities that can be pursued through SEWP.
* Build and maintain relationships with federal customers, contracting officers, program managers, OEMs, distributors, value-added resellers, systems integrators, and industry partners.
* Develop and execute capture strategies that position opportunities for successful award.
* Shape acquisition strategies that encourage customers to utilize the SEWP contract vehicle.
* Establish and manage strategic teaming relationships with technology partners and subcontractors.
* Coordinate proposal strategy and collaborate with technical, contracts, pricing, recruiting, and executive leadership teams.
* Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
* Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, conferences, and networking engagements.
* Help establish repeatable processes, best practices, and long-term growth strategies for the organization's SEWP practice.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 10+ years of federal business development, capture management, growth leadership, or SEWP program management experience.
* Demonstrated experience growing federal business through NASA SEWP or serving in a key role supporting the successful execution, management, and expansion of a NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
* Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process, GWACs, IDIQs, and contract vehicle strategy.
* Experience identifying, qualifying, shaping, and pursuing federal opportunities from early engagement through contract award.
* Established relationships within Federal Civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, OEMs, technology partners, systems integrators, or other federal industry partners.
* Experience leading or supporting proposal efforts for competitive federal procurements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Direct experience supporting one or more generations of NASA SEWP (SEWP IV, SEWP V, and/or SEWP VI).
* Experience with additional federal contract vehicles such as CIO-SP3, CIO-SP4, GSA MAS, OASIS, Alliant, Polaris, VETS 2, or similar GWACs and IDIQs.
* Existing relationships with OEMs, value-added resellers, systems integrators, and technology partners.
* Experience working for a federal systems integrator, value-added reseller, or technology solutions provider.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within the first year, the successful candidate will:

* Develop a qualified and sustainable SEWP opportunity pipeline.
* Build strategic teaming partnerships that expand the company's capabilities and market reach.
* Increase visibility within the federal marketplace and strengthen customer relationships.
* Position the organization to win significant new business through the NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle.
* Establish a repeatable, scalable strategy that drives long-term revenue growth through SEWP.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?

This is an opportunity to help shape the future growth strategy of an organization that has recently secured access to one of the federal government's premier IT contract vehicles. The successful candidate will have the ability to influence executive strategy, build key industry partnerships, and play a direct role in transforming the company's SEWP VI contract into a significant long-term growth platform.

This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the organization's federal growth strategy while helping establish a premier SEWP practice capable of supporting customers across the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian marketplace.
