Four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree

- You will interpret HR concepts, laws, regulations, rules, principles, and practices in one or more of the HR functional areas such as staffing /employment, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
- You will utilize automated technology to produce documents, charts, graphs and presentations and use data management tools to research, organize and analyze personnel information.
