Work you'll do
As an Analyst, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for...
- Maintaining project trackers, logs, action items, and status reports to support day-to-day PMO operations
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up with action owners on next steps
- Consolidating project updates for weekly and monthly reporting to support leadership visibility
- Supporting document control, versioning, milestone tracking, deliverable tracking, and governance checkpoint tracking
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, including support for access requests and other administrative needs
- Escalating missing information, schedule delays, and identified risks to PMO leadership, as needed

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience supporting document control, version control, and project documentation management
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365
Preferred:
- Experience supporting government or public sector programs
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding coordination activities
- Experience consolidating inputs for weekly and monthly project reporting
- Experience supporting risk, issue, or dependency tracking
